Mark your calendar for the DRESS rehearsal, Friday evening May 18th and the SHOW, Saturday morning May 19th. The performance will be at the lovely Howard Auditorium located on the ORU campus.

DRESS REHEARSAL FRIDAY, MAY 18th • HOWARD AUDITORIUM, ORU CAMPUS 5:30pm - 7:00pm
ALL STUDENTS - Theater closed to the public. Parents drop off their child -- 5:30 pm SHARP -- at Howard Auditorium Lobby where they will be met by their designated Wrangler. Parents will leave at this time.
Students will be with their wrangler waiting in the lobby to meet their parents after the rehearsal.
ALL STUDENTS must arrive in costume with hair and make-up done.
HAIR & MAKE-UP INSTRUCTIONS - Please wear hair in a bun UNLESS If hair is too short for a bun, it must be secured away from face. We suggest a little more make-up than usual. Make-up helps features stand out on stage. Levels 1 through Advanced should wear full make-up highlighting eyes, lips, and cheeks. Pre-ballet through Primary level should wear blush and lipstick (eyes optional).
TIGHTS & SHOES - Unless you hear from your teacher otherwise, please wear your regular class pink tights and ballet shoes for the show.
PERFORMANCE SATURDAY, MAY 19th • HOWARD AUDITORIUM, ORU CAMPUS
ALL STUDENTS must arrive in costume with hair and make-up done by 9:00 am SHARP at Howard Auditorium Lobby where they will be met by their designated Wrangler. Parents may wait in the lobby or on campus grounds until the theater doors open at 9:45 am
• THEATER OPENS to the public at 9:45 am
• SHOWTIME 10:00 am - 11:30 am
PARENTS! IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT YOU SHOW UP ON TIME. PLEASE ALLOW 15 EXTRA MINUTES FOR PARKING AND WALKING TO THE THEATER.
SEATING AND AUDIENCE MEMBERS - Students will be seated with their class and Wrangler - in the audience - during the entire show. This allows children to achieve the full experience of a performance, lessen any performance anxiety and make the whole experience more fun and enjoyable.
DANCERS MUST RETURN TO THEIR SEATS WITH THEIR WRANGLER, NO EXCEPTIONS.
As with all theaters, seating is limited. Howard Auditorium has around 850 seats for Students, Parents, and Grandparents and we expect a full house. Please use discretion before inviting more than immediate family members.
DIRECTIONS AND PARKING
PLEASE ALLOW 10 - 15 MINUTES FOR PARKING AND WALKING INTO CAMPUS. Pull into campus at Billy Joe Daughtery Blvd. / Praying Hands Statue / Avenue of Flags. Follow signs for “Upper Lot” or “Lot H” (follow the drive to the left that leads you up the hill). Let Gate Attendant know you are with the Jasinski Dance Academy. Park in the Upper Lot and follow path and signs to Howard Auditorium - large GOLD DOME building. Should you need assistance or handicap parking there are a FEW spots available near the building upon special request. Security at the guard post can assist you. Check your student in with their class Wrangler (all will be in costume and easy to find your group). Wait in the Lobby or on the Campus grounds until theater opens for public seating.
